Bracco’s Story
Bracco Rios has a passion for helping individuals and corporations with his financial coaching services. This stems from his own financial struggles from a decade ago. As a single father, Bracco reached a financial low point, during which time he was in severe debt and struggled to pay rent and keep food on the table for his daughters.
After doing research in finance and applying finance tools learned from his MBA, Bracco created his own financial “accelerator” method. After applying this to his own finances, he became debt-free in a few short years. With two homes fully paid off and plenty of savings and retirement funds, Bracco could officially retire and focus on his passion for financial coaching services.
This brings the story back to YOU. Our mission and passion are to help YOU (both individuals and businesses) build clarity around your finances, get out of debt, and achieve your fullest financial potential in a way that fits within your individual reality.
Our Financial Coaching Services
Bracco Financial Group provides financial coaching services for individuals and corporations. Our team also provides bookkeeping support and business consulting for small businesses.
Corporate Financial Coaching
Janet and Bracco offer general coaching and deep-dive coaching for corporations, their employees, and corporate events. Courses are available both online and in-person, with options for additional individual coaching. Each individual is provided a lesson plan as well as a personal financial analysis under select packages.
Individual Financial Coaching
Bracco provides 1-on-1 financial coaching for individuals and executives, using his method to create a roadmap to financial success for each individual. 1-on-1 sessions are in high demand and provide custom, individualized attention to meet each client’s needs.
Group Financial Coaching
Bracco offers small group coaching sessions for up to 5 people per session. These are for individuals, as well as for teenagers! These small group coaching sessions include individual components to help support the success of each individual.
Strategic Bookkeeping
Bracco provides bookkeeping support to small companies. Bracco and his team then apply a unique “bottom-up” approach, to let the numbers tell “the story” of your business and guide strategic business decisions. This is the perfect full financial service for businesses that need to focus on productivity and other aspects of operations.

Bracco Rios, MBA – Bracco holds over 15 years of proven business strategy experience in the industry. With a degree from UC Berkeley (Engineering) and Thunderbird (MBA), Bracco’s passion for numbers and finance provides the backbone behind his approach to developing individualized financial strategies for individuals, corporations, and their employees.
Bracco is also very detail-oriented and brings a depth of experience that strengthens our strategic bookkeeping operations.
Janet Alvarez, MBA – Janet’s focus is primarily in the corporate coaching area. With a background in financial journalism (Janet has received Fellowships from Wharton and Harvard, as well as an MBA from Thunderbird), Janet’s passion as a consumer advocate shows through her no-nonsense approach to coaching.
